Opportunity to work for a fast growing start-up. Pitt Street offices! Be a part of the Customer Experience team. Full-time role with flexible hours. Spriggy a start-up financial education company that helps parent teach their children about money in a digital age. We launched the product in late 2016 and have over 50,000 members with over 300 parents and kids joining Spriggy everyday!

You will be in a highly valuable position in a small, fast-growing and exciting company. Manage the inbound support channels, contributing to content marketing via the company blog and proactively improving customer experience and self-service tools will make this a fantastic learning experience.

Our database is all families, so we are looking for not only exceptional verbal and written communication skills but compassion, patience and experience with kids and parents.

You will work from our new Pitt Street offices, just 10 of us on the team makes for an amazing small, friendly culture. We are growing weekly with now over 50,000 customers and 300 sign-ups daily, you will have the chance to be apart of an exciting start-up opportunity. We are completely customer-oriented and part of your role will be to ensure, customers are always our priority!

In the Customer Success role you will be reporting and aiding the Customer Lead in administrative tasks, blogs, social media and self-service tools. Our inbound support channels are high volume and you will be managing these along will tracking and reporting bugs impacting our customers. It is a fast-paced and an incredibly busy environment so motivated to learn and work hard are essential. Experience and/or studies in Marketing, Sales or PR would be a great bonus!
