Blast From The Past: The Christmas Gifts You Had On Your List In The 90's

Are you bitterly cursing the invention of Hatchimals and LOL Suprise Dolls this year, and thinking back to the times when gifts were actually AWESOME?!
Us too.
Here's what was on our Christmas lists in the 90's...
Game Boy Color
These babies dropped in 1998, and if it was all you wanted Santa to bring you, you weren't alone - our Christmas lists were the same.
Polly Pocket
Hours of fun... until you inevitably lost the teeny tiny dolls, that is. RIP, all you Polly Pockets who went through the wash, under the car seat or got eaten by your baby sister.
Moon Shoes
Christmas in 1994 meant begging your parents for the terribly unsafe totally amazing Moon Shoes.
(Unsuprisingly, Wikipedia notes that "broken ankles and poor sales led to the banning of moonshoes".)
Furby
So sweet and cuddly... at least until your older cousin teaches it some colorful language. And not at all weird that you feed it with your finger.
Tamagotchi
A list of classic 90's toys without these babies on it is hardly a list at all. This 1997 craze was serious - so serious, most schools banned them for being too "distracting"... resulting in many neglected, unfed and unhappy Tamagotchi pets while we had to "learn" at "school".
What was on your Christmas list when you were a kid? We'd love to hear from you over on our Facebook page!
Merry Christmas everyone!
